BLACKBURN, U.K. – HSL is offering a Kinesys technical training workshop at its facility here on March 1-2, 2010. The training has been designed to work as a one-day or a two-day course to suit all levels of interest. Day One will be a general technical training day, with an overview of the Kinesys system and how it works including the conversion of hoists to vari-speed; the use of the Kinesys Elevation 1+ and Elevation 24 hoist controllers and Kinesys' range of power distribution units; connecting everything together, fault finding and running from Rigger remote control handsets.
Day Two will cover Kinesys Vector control software, with hands-on sessions involving four Kinesys systems set up in HSL's demo area.
While planned as a two-day event, two booking options are available. Day One can suffice for those focused purely on the technical and support side of Kinesys. The two day schedule serves those wanting to learn about operating the Vector software. Vector attendees must complete both days to ensure that they have a full knowledge of the entire system.
The course fees will be £100.00 + VAT for the one-day course and £150 + VAT for the two-day course. The fee covers training, documentation, lunch and daytime refreshments on both days.
Places will be limited to 12 per day to ensure that everyone receives full attention and can experience plenty of 'live' practical time with the equipment.
