SANT’OMERO, Italy —Proel and Trabes have announced a commercial partnership agreement concerning trussing products. Proel cited “a more flexible support policy” and “problem-solving efficiency” as potential benefits from the new partnership. “Proel and Trabes are two companies which, to some extent, share the same idea of business,” said Maurizio Amadori, founder and chairman of Trabes, which was founded in 1985 and operates with a “spirit of continuous development towards competitiveness.”

“We will now have the opportunity to provide a totally efficient and customized service to any category of customers, fully guaranteed in both pre-sales and post-sales activities,” said Massimiliano Fabrizi, sales manager of Proel’s Italian Events Division.

“Trabes can indeed boast innovative technical solutions as a result of years of experience in the market,” said Roberto Meggiolaro, Proel Group’s Lighting & Trussing product manager. “Moreover, its R&D division and labs can also design customized aluminum products for all customers requiring items different from the ones displayed in the catalog.”

“Proel’s new product line completes the selected range of Audio, Video, Lighting & Trussing solutions for the professional market, managed by the new Proel Group Professional team that will ensure the highest quality also in customer support,” said Simon Sinclair, Proel Group’s business development director.

Each company will operate in the market with its own product lines and commercial plans, yet in close cooperation with the other.

The “made in Italy” manufacturing process, as well as Italian materials and labor, complete the picture of this partnership which looks like something more than a mere commercial agreement, considering Trabes’ willingness to have Proel acquire a stake in the company, Proel concluded.
