DOHA, Qatar – International heads of state joined Qatar royalty and other VIPs recently for the Qatar Emir Cup 2010 at Khalifa International Stadium. TechnoPro (Qatar) l.l.c. provided lighting, lasers, LED screens, audio and truss at the stadium, and lighting, LED screens, audio, stage and truss structures for a concert at Doha Corniche, with PR Lighting gear at both locations.
Q Media Events oversaw the stadium-related events, which included the TechnoPro-supported multimedia light and laser show during the closing ceremony after Al Rayyan defeated Umm Salal 1-0 to claim the Qatar Emir Cup.
TechnoPro's Stadium rig included 40 PR Lighting XL1200 Spots, 20 XL1200 Wash fixtures, 40 XLED 590 moving LED wash fixtures and eight Mega Color 4000W architectural outdoor fixtures, lighting the night sky with 4000W of xenon power.
The TechnoPro rig for the concert at Doha Corniche, which was managed by Al Kaas TV, and broadcast live on Al Kaas Channel, Doha, included 24 PR Lighting XLED 590 color washes, 18 XL700 Spot fixtures and 18 XL 700 wash fixtures.
