LEIGH-ON-SEA, U.K. — SGM has extended its presence in Europe with its SGM UK office. The company’s U.K. director of sales, Phil Price, pledged that “our commitment will focus on providing the right pre- and after-sales assistance. “All our clients will thus be able to take advantage of the possibility of discussing purchases directly with the company and having direct contact with in-house specialist SGM technical staff,” Price added.
SGM’s Greg Oliver will serve as product specialist, staging demos for clients on request and taking an active part in sales assistance work. Maria Jenkins will provide technical assistance and all service and spares requirements.
SGM said the office will have an ample spare parts stock and be able to meet clients’ needs quickly, avoiding long waits for repairs.
The company said that along with warranty coverage of all SGM products (according to the validity of times and conditions), SGM UK will also offer support service for products no longer under guarantee.
