GUANGZHOU, China – Not many architectural lighting designs call for moving light fixtures, but lighting company Guangzhou Zhilliang specified 63 Coemar moving light fixtures used for the Hengda Hotel. The mixture of Infinity S ACLs and Infinity Spot XLs animate the exterior and the statues outside the hotel with CMY color mixing, aerial effects, breakups, rotating prisms and gobos. Visitors strolling through the hotel's gardens can see the moving lights emerge as dusk falls. Some of the fixtures are located in the upper part of the building, beaming light towards the sky. Others are positioned along two sides of the garden, lighting the darker areas and filling them with color.
The Infinity S ACLs produce adjustable beams of 1.7° to 6.° The larger Infinity Spot XLs, with 1500W sources, have a zoom range from 8° to 49.°
