TORONTO – A.C. Lighting Inc. announced that Michael Krzywicki has joined the entertainment technologies distributor as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The companies’ current CFO, Rick Bradley will be retiring as of May 1st 2016, and during the transition period leading up to his retirement, he will play a valuable role focusing on strategic initiatives for the distribution of A.C. Lighting Inc.’s portfolio of leading technology brands.

Michael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, financial reporting and operations in the steel processing and distribution industry. He started his career path in 1999 at Samuel, Son & Co. Ltd., a major North American steel processor and international distributor – beginning on the shop floor in the plant and then working his way into management positions through hard work and ongoing education. He has performed well in positions such as Cost Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Controller over his years with that company. He served as a Senior Manager for Corporate Business Development and Director of Finance in his most recent roles.
Michael completed his Bachelor of Commerce at Laurentian University, obtained his accounting designation (CPA, CGA) in 2006, and his MBA from Queen’s School of Business in 2011.
