Prior to joining Apollo Design Technology, Heaston worked for Lincoln Financial Group for 25 years in various marketing and communication roles including brand, product and sales development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in visual communications and photojournalism from Ohio University. “We are thrilled to have Charlotte on board at Apollo. She comes to us with a very strong marketing background and has an innate ability to manage projects and deliver results with a can-do attitude. Apollo also announces the appointment of Melissa Irk to Executive Manager. In this new role, Irk will have oversight to Apollo Design Technology initiatives and be responsible for overseeing daily activities and ensuring companywide alignment with competitive strategies.

In this new position, she will help me manage projects, work with department heads and overall help keep the company direction moving forward.“ says, Mr. Nichols, President of Apollo Design Technology. Irk joined the company in 2000, and has worked in various roles including sales, marketing and administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in administration from Huntington University.
