Prior to joining Bandit, Allana oversaw the lighting for the rehearsal of a dance troupe in Chicago, before moving to Orlando to attend school for lighting. Now as one of Bandit’s essential lighting technicians, she will repair, clean and maintain Bandit’s vast inventory of moving fixtures. “Joining the team is what I was hoping for, not only because I would be working for such a great company,” said Allana, “but because of the opportunity to learn hands on and grow in a field that brings me joy.”
“Allana has been an excellent addition to the technical service staff,” added Jake Tickle, Director of TSD. “She brings with her a great energy and a growing knowledge base that will certainly be welcomed amongst our staff.”
Mark Mistal’s career in the lighting industry spans multiple settings including theatrical, film and television in addition to architectural installations. He also brings with him experience in stage rigging and automation. Previously, Mark was with Carnival Cruise Lines and most recently with Tait. As a Bandit Installation and Service Specialist, Mark will be responsible for the planning and management of theatrical and architectural lighting and rigging systems.
