In what has become a 2025 trend, Bandit Lites has added even more key full-time team members to multiple locations. Hirings include Zack Bell as Production Fabrication Coordinator, Lane Gill as Production Fabrication Technician and Shane Mullet as Lighting Technician. Mullet will be based at Bandit’s world headquarters in Knoxville with Bandit Lites Client Representative/Production Manager Giff Swart.
“Shane brings several years of experience and an industry-specific education to the table,” said Swart. “In addition to being a lighting tech through his college education, he has toured and worked events as a freelance technician. He has a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. These are all very important traits for the types of events we produce.”
Bell and Gill both joined Bandit’s Nashville location, working with the production teams to fabricate and maintain production-related hardware and systems used by Bandit’s clients. “Zach and Lane are the definition of work ethic,” said Jake Tickle, Bandit Lites VP of Business and Innovation. “I consistently challenge them to invent better ways to store, transport and repair and they always rise to the challenge. These gentlemen are a remarkable team and bring energy to everything they touch.”
Bandit Lites values its employees and recognizes that it’s the people are the foundation of its success.
