With more than 25 years’ experience, working in technical theatre in roles including chief electrician, lighting designer, project engineer and senior theatre consultant, Roberts has led a variety of international projects including the New Holland Concert Hall in St. Petersburg, Koener Hall in Toronto, the National Concert Hall in Dublin and the Dubai Opera House.
In the U.K., he’s worked on the Royal Festival Hall in London, the London Coliseum, and the Wales Millennium Centre.

Before joining Charcoalblue, Roberts was senior technical consultant for Anne Minors Performance Consultants. More recently, he led a commissioning team in the Middle East on behalf of Charcoalblue to complete a new 10-venue complex in the UAE.
