DENVER, CO – Clearwing Productions, a multi-generational family business, has acquired DSI Event Group in Denver, CO. Founded in 1979 as Dowlen Sound, the DSI location joins already existing Clearwing offices in Milwaukee, WI and Phoenix, AZ. The new subsidiary will operate as Clearwing Productions Colorado, LLC.

Immediately, production services and retail sales will be available from Clearwing Productions, Colorado. “In the near future we will be emulating Clearwing’s full operational model in Denver to include Production, Sales, Service, and Systems Integration,” says Clearwing COO, Dave Temby. “And we take on a plethora of existing production equipment including sound, lighting, & staging.”
The acquired inventory includes Martin and ROBE lighting fixtures, GrandMA and DiGiCo control, and Outline GTO PA.
Clearwing will continue operating out of the 35,000 square foot facility in Denver with plans to expand in the future.
