CLEVELAND —Colortone Staging & Rentals (CSR), an audiovisual production company, has promoted three staff members: Andrew Kramer, John Monroe and Dave Netzel.

Andrew Kramer joined CSR in 2001. Previously the head of the video department, he will now serve as a director of production company-wide, responsible for equipment acquisition, maintenance, technical training and system engineering.
John Monroe has been with CSR since 2010. He will move from event producer to director of production at the new Cleveland Convention Center.
Dave Netzel, with CSR since 2010, will go from audio engineer to event producer.
