JOHANNESBURG – DWR Distribution added Dave Whitehouse, an established theatre lighting designer, to its sales team and JC du Plessis, another experienced lighting professional, to its technical crew. "I am delighted to have Dave and JC onboard," said DWR's Duncan Riley. "They both have the caliber, skill sets and excellent characters that will rock at DWR."
Whitehouse's previous experience includes working at Magnetic Storm, 10 years at Electroquip plus stints for lighting design house Congo Blue Design and for electrical designers/manufacturers Cosmotronics, where he was their lighting specialist.
Du Plessis previously worked as head of lighting for rental companies Sound Stylists and Multi-Media Staging.
