MIDDLETON, WI – Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. (ETC) has licensed patented technology to Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. (Philips). This license covers ETC technology described by U.S. Patent 6,932,491 (and foreign counterparts) utilized by Philips in their FastFit and MiniFastFit range of entertainment lamps. "We are pleased that Philips has demonstrated respect for ETC intellectual property by entering into this license agreement for the ‘491 patent,'" said ETC CEO Fred Foster.
