MIDDLETON, WI — ETC named Wendy Orfan promotions and advertising manager in Marketing, based at company headquarters. Orfan comes to ETC with extensive field experience, serving previously as the strategic marketing manager for Dean Health Plan, where she worked for 15 years. She has a degree in broadcast communication (radio/TV/film) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
