BELLEVILLE, MI – FLI Rigging, originally established to serve the entertainment lighting, film, AV and installation markets in a three-state area – Michigan, Ohio and Indiana – has announced plans to offer its temporary and permanent rigging services nationwide. FLI Rigging now maintains two divisions. One handles the sales and rentals of equipment and labor to live events around the country, with an inventory of truss, motors, control systems and rigging hardware.
The other division services hoists and motors at FLI Rigging's Belleville facility. An authorized CM Warranty Repair Center, FLI Rigging's in-house services also include equipment inspection and maintenance, load testing of chain hoists, parts, repairs and more.
Staff members are industry-trained and certified under the Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP). FLI Rigging Operations Director Kevin Phail is an ETCP-certified Arena Rigger. Jimi Herr is an ETCP-certified Electrician. Nate Mulvihill and Jon Sogoian are CM-certified Level II Technicians.
