POTTERS BAR, U.K. — Harman’s Martin Professional named Barclay Dakers as Key Account Manager in the U.K., including Scotland, Ireland and northern England. Dakers will be based at Martin’s UK headquarters and will report to Michael Walker, U.K. director of sales.

Dakers began his career as freelance stage crew, eventually becoming a Production Manager for the University of Edinburgh and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Before joining Martin, Dakers held various roles with theatres, installation and rental companies, including Northern Light Stage and Technical Services, where he was the Head of Retail Sales. He most recently served in multiple positions with Black Light Ltd.

Dakers holds a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing and Management from Abertay University.
