LINK Acquires AGORA Network Technologies

On Feb. 4, 2025, LINK, a global leader in power and data connectivity solutions, announced the acquisition of AGORA’s assets and intellectual property. Founded in 2012 by David Rocher in Poitiers, France, AGORA is renowned for its innovative networking solutions, including the Ghost Switch platform and advanced network management software for the entertainment and broadcast industries.

The acquisition includes AGORA’s complete product line, brand assets, and technical team. AGORA’s operations will continue in Poitiers, France, to ensure uninterrupted client support and production while enhancing LINK’s global network of development and support centers.
