ATLANTA — XL Video said Marcel deKeyzer, who co-founded the company with his brother, René deKeyzer, in 1996, has resigned to pursue other interests.  XL Video’s Greg Gardner will replace Marcel deKeyzer as COO of U.S. operations. “We are grateful to Marcel for his contribution in growing XL Video in the U.S.,” said René deKeyzer, XL Video’s CEO. “We wish him well in his future endeavors.”

“Marcel deKeyzer pioneered LED in North America,” said Gardner. “During his tenure, XL executed some of the most high profile events in the industry.” When asked about how this departure will affect XL in North America, Gardner noted that the company would be “undergoing some minor operational restructuring during the management change,” but added that “we have the most creative sales people I have ever worked with,” and that the company would “continue to pursue projects worthy of his legacy…I think everyone will be pleased with the results.”
