UXBRIDGE, MA – Blackstone Productions, Inc., a national leader in event production and management, announcse the appointment of Mick Provencher as its new Producer and Technical Director.
Provencher will be responsible for creating and directing asset design and event production, customer relations management and operational and technical support. He will also oversee onsite services and team integration during events, and build and maintain client relationships.
Before joining Blackstone Productions, Provencher worked for Proven Productions, where, as executive producer and director, he designed, produced and managed a number of high profile projects. These included overseeing the Emerging Technology Center at IMTS, the largest manufacturing tradeshow in North America. He has also served as executive producer at Broadstreet and Jack Morton Worldwide/Caribiner International – both New York City-based marketing communications firms. Additionally, he has worked in television production, museum and the multimedia industries. He has managed and produced meetings, events, videos and communication packages in virtually all media. His client list included companies such as HP, Genzyme, Boston Scientific, Staples, Nuance and many others.
