DUBAI – Neumann & Müller Event Technology named Kristofer Collier head of lighting operations and lighting design. Collier, who brings over two decades of experience as a lighting designer, engineer and operator in the Middle East, Europe and Far East to the position, is based in Dubai and will oversee projects in the Middle East.

Collier has developed a wide skill set to include operation of grandMA, Whole Hog, Martin and Avolites consoles as well as Cast WYSIWYG and AutoCAD design. Having worked on the technical side of events, Kristofer was also able to manage projects holistically, pre-empting potential challenges and finding solutions to resolve them, while still delivering the desired experience for the client and the audience.
Before joining N&M, Kristofer ran his own company for 12 years and built an impressive portfolio of clients, working for acts such as Kylie Minogue, Metallica, Nile Rogers and Rita Ora. In addition to this Kristofer has also worked on some of the largest shows in Dubai, including New Year’s Eve celebrations at the Burj Khalifa and 43rd UAE National Day celebration. In 2016 Kristofer was also the Lighting Designer for the Baku Formula One concert.
