Rogers was most recently the Global Marketing Director for Philips Entertainment, managing marketing activities for Philips Vari-Lite, Strand Lighting, Selecon, Colorkinetics and Special Lamps. During his 26-year career with the Entertainment group he has also managed global sales for Strand Lighting.

Over his 26-year career with the Entertainment group he has managed sales for Strand Lighting globally in addition to Marketing for the group.
