LINCOLNWOOD, IL – RGB Lights named Glenn West, pictured left, and Jason Echols, pictured right, as sales account executives. West was the Logistics Manager for Images in Illumination before becoming the owner and creative designer for Accenting Images, a lighting company focused on visual effects. Prior to RGB Lights, Echols worked on behalf of the Stanton Group and RMI Investment Ltd.

Glenn West:
Glenn brings over 11 years of experience in the industry. He was the Logistics Manager for Images in Illumination before becoming the Owner & Creative Designer for Accenting Images, a lighting company focused on visual effects.
In addition to his creativity and experience showcasing special effects in all types of events, Glenn brings his inventory from Accenting Images, which allows RGB to marry our vast array of LED capabilities with Glenn’s gear creating new and exciting ways to brighten up events of all sizes.
Glenn is known for his excellence in service, show design, and on-site installation. Whether you need an acrylic table with your logo for a corporate meeting or a low fog hazer for a theatre production, he finds a way to positively impact each event he works on.
Jason Echols:
A former resident of Brazil, China, Singapore and Taiwan, Echols is a U.S. native who is now back home carrying his fourth U.S. passport, after filling the previous three doing business in over twenty Asian countries for companies such as The Stanton Group and RMI Investment Ltd. He returned to the U.S. with American Lighting in Denver, CO before joining RGB Lights in Lincolnwood, IL in January. With him he brings over 18 years of lighting and light source experience in sales and distribution.
Echols’ appointment comes at an exciting time for RGB Lights. On December 3, 2013, the creators of FlexiFlex™ received confirmation of their patent issuance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office entitled “Modular Lighting and Video Apparatus,” invented by Brett A. Gardner. The patent covers modular flexible panels for mounting lighting strands that RGB Lights Inc. produces out of Lincolnwood, IL, also known as FlexiFlex™.
After establishing FlexiFlex™ as a groundbreaking lighting product in the industry showcased in highly decorative concert tours and TV shows as well as architectural applications because of its modular and customizable design, RGB Lights and their freshly pateted FlexiFlex™ is looking to find even more applications for their flagship product. Cue Jason Echols.
Echols will use this momentum in becoming a valuable addition for RGB Lights. He will focus on multiple marketplaces highly congruent with the customization and design features that FlexiFlex™ brings such as conventions and trade shows, commercial signage, and building facade wraps. He is looking forward to working with his existing network and new customers to help them achieve their project goals.
