LAS VEGAS, NV – Morpheus Lights, the exclusive U.S distributor of Ayrton LED luminaires, announced the appointment of Rich Dale as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. In his new role, Dale, a 23-year industry veteran, will be responsible sales and promotion of the Ayrton product line in the Eastern U.S.

Dale brings a well-balanced entertainment industry background to the new role, with experience in lighting design, direction and programming, as well as manufacturer representation and industry sales and marketing.

Rich attended the University of Maryland University College studying Business Management, and later earned an Associate of Science degree in Music and Video Business at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. In 1993, Rich joined the team at Walt Disney World, as a tech, production coordinator, lighting director, and lighting designer. Rich later served as a design representative at Apollo Design Technology, and as a Technical Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Altman Lighting Inc based in New York.
