LAS VEGAS — Czech Republic-based lighting manufacturer Robe Lighting named Thommy Hall, based here, as regional sales manager of the Western U.S., effective March 24. Hall comes to Robe from Philips Lighting, where he served as western regional sales manager. Robe Lighting is expanding its reach in the U.S. under new CEO Bob Schacherl. The company said Hall’s appointment is one of several new appointments that it expects to be announcing in the near future.

Hall has more than 20 years of prior industry experience on a variety of sales teams including Vari-Lite, High End Systems, Hawaii Stage Lighting & Rentals and Sunbelt Scenic Studios.
