FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Showcat, LLC, a full service rental fulfillment facility and certified partner for Main Light Industries and Atomic Rental Solutions, has acquired Inner Circle Distribution (ICD), distributor of brands including Astera, Eurolite, Futurelight, Madrix, Hazebase and others.
Showcat owners Noel Duncan, Gary Mass and Nick Freed had all been previously involved with operations at ICD. “Gary, Nick and I are very familiar with ICD’s commitment to providing innovative, quality products with superior service and support to the entertainment industry, said Noel Duncan. “Our goal with ICD is always to find amazing solutions for our partners.”

Freed and Mass will focus on the day-to-day business of Showcat with Main Light Industries and Atomic Rental Solutions, while Duncan will focus on ICD.
Showcat customers will continue to contact the Fort Lauderdale office for rentals and ICD at their Sunrise, FL office for sales and service.
In its capacity as a rental fulfillment facility and Main Light Industries/Atomic Rental Solutions partner, Showcat services the Southeast U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean markets.
ICD, which has been involved in the entertainment industry since 2005, serves as a distributor throughout the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.
