MOORESTOWN, NJ – Starlite Productions recently moved its headquarters to a 52,800-square-foot facility here with 22-foot ceilings and 11 loading docks. The new facility is nearly double the size of its previous location in Cherry Hill, N.J., seven miles away, where Starlite had operated for 15 years. Starlite's new headquarters consists of areas dedicated to audio, video and lighting operations, plus expanded systems integration and service departments. There's also an expanded custom fabrication shop and demo room. Besides the benefit of increased space and improved proximity among related departments, each facet of the warehouse is equipped with specialized and dedicated network connections, power and distribution and open work areas that facilitate equipment testing, assembly and production designing.
The facility also includes 10,000 square feet of office space and "green" technologies throughout the building. The two conference rooms are equipped for meetings and training sessions, and there is a separate retail area for expendables.

The facility, built from the ground up, is the culmination of a two-year search by owner Dean Danowitz. He purchased the property in the summer of 2009 and began conceptualizing the design shortly thereafter, working with a design and build team including John Polek, AIA of Polek Schwartz Architects, Edward Stassul and David Harnitchek of Chestnut Technical Services for the MEP Engineering and Luke Miller of LK Miller Contracting & Properties to manage and execute the construction.
After months of planning, the move took place over a 72-hour time frame and involved 22 53-foot tractor trailer loads. The new facility is located at: 9 Whittendale Drive, Moorestown, NJ 08057; 800-738-7400 toll free; 856-780-8000 local; 856-780-8001 fax.
