Normal operating hours will remain the same, Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST (Tech Support: 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST). We will close business on Friday, March 31st at 5:00PM to begin the moving process over the weekend and will re-open at our new location on Monday, April 3rd at 8:00AM.
Our business, including website, email, and telephones, will be fully operational during the moving process and you will not experience any changes or delays in service, production, or shipping during that time.

Shipments that may arrive after April 1st, should be addressed to our new Cincinnati address. All other shipments ARRIVING on or before March 31st should be sent to our Erlanger, KY address.
