Ultratec Special Effects recently announced the hiring of John Garrett, promotion of Adrian Segeren, as well as the promotion of Tonya Copeland.

Ultratec Special Effects, Huntsville Pyrotechnics Operations is pleased to announce the hiring of John Garrett.
John will oversee our HR and OSHA compliance. His experience consists of 27 years as a high school teacher with technical aptitude and writing along with 15 years as a volunteer firefighter. John brings to the Ultratec Team experience and skills that will be a great asset as we continue to improve our safety management program. In the coming months John will vastly expand our internal training program.
Adrian Segeren, President will also assume the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Huntsville Pyrotechnics Operation. “Building a team of highly skilled, well diversified, experienced, and knowledgeable people is priority one,” states Segeren. “Our goal is to become the safest operation while delivering the best quality using the most efficient processes in our industry. Our customers expect nothing less therefore we intend to deliver on all of our commitments. Over the past 12 months I have worked with our team to identify areas of improvement for our people, processes and facility.”
Ultratec Special Effects are pleased to announce that Tonya Copeland will assume the Domestic Customer Service position at our Huntsville Pyrotechnics Operation.
During Tonya’s 7 years with Ultratec, she has worked in various departments of our Huntsville Operation. Therefore her experience and knowledge of the products will be a great asset in her new position. Tonya will assume her new role June 29th.
