LightAct shares updates to two of their key initiatives designed to empower the creative community: the expanded Frontrunner Initiative now supporting LightAct 4.9, and an upgraded Try & Buy program offering even greater flexibility for exploring their hardware solutions.

Frontrunner Initiative for LightAct 4.9
The Frontrunner Initiative now includes the latest version of their software, LightAct 4.9, giving AV professionals and creators access to advanced tools and support to bring their boldest ideas to life.

Participants in the Frontrunner Initiative gain:

  • A free LightAct Basic license for four months, extendable for active participants.
  • Early access to alpha and beta software releases.
  • A direct channel to LightAct developers and product specialists for expert guidance.
  • Opportunities to connect with other industry innovators, fostering collaboration and idea-sharing.
  • Regular check-ins from the LightAct team help ensure that participants’ needs are met, their feedback is heard and their progress is supported.

“Our goal with the Frontrunner Initiative is to give back to the creative professionals who inspire us and help shape LightAct’s future,” said Mitja Prelovsek, CEO of LightAct. “By including LightAct 4.9, we’re providing the tools and support needed for extraordinary projects.”

This initiative is open to all AV professionals. Apply now at LightAct Frontrunner Program.

Enhanced Try & Buy Program
LightAct’s updated Try & Buy Program makes exploring LightAct easier than ever, offering access to both software and hardware solutions with no up-front commitment.

What is new?

  • Free LightAct Unlimited License Trial: Access up to two Unlimited licenses for LightAct 4 free of charge, allowing you to test their software features on your hardware.
  • 50% Discount on Server Leasing: Companies can lease any LightAct server for one year at half the cost, providing an affordable way to evaluate its capabilities in real-world conditions.
  • Flexible Purchase Options: After the lease period, participants can either purchase the leased server or trade it in for a different model that better suits their needs.

A streamlined transition guide is available to help users integrate LightAct into their existing workflows with ease.

“Our upgraded Try & Buy initiative aims to make it as easy as possible for companies to switch to LightAct,” said Mitja Prelovsek. “We’re removing barriers to entry and offering flexible options that meet the unique needs of each user.”
