LightConverse 3D Show Platform v58 Debuts at ProLight+Sound 2016

FRANKFURT, Germany – Light Converse Ltd launched its LightConverse 3D Show Platform Version 58 at Prolight+Sound in early April, and also announced the winners for this year’s LightConverse and High End Systems Lighting Challenge at the show. Jointly organized with High End Systems, the contest once again gave participants an opportunity to show off their lighting talent.

A small sampling of Version 58 highlights shown at the busy LIGHTCONVERSE booth includes:

  • – Next-generation Render Engine: Allows for higher quality visualization and a significant increase in rendering speed, especially for larger projects.
  • – Animated 3D Textures: Easily create a cyclic animation of any texture in your project.
  • – Volume transparency: Visualize stunning effects such as hard smoke, rain, snow, fire, etc.
  • – A Dynamic Layers Collision Detector: Smartly detects and shows possible collisions between moving objects. 
  • – Number of DMX universes significantly increased from 96 to 255.
  • – Each DMX universe now contains four signal sources (4 stream mixes, HTP / sACN-Priority).
