Litec says its recently-introduced MyT Folding Steroid Roof System is a new concept in heavy-duty portable roofs specifically designed for live events. It is designed to serve as a modular, self-contained roof that makes use of EN AW-7003 T6 folding aluminum mother grid truss sections, 85 x 85cm EN AW-6082 T6 aluminum towers and key structural elements in S355 steel, such as modular ballast bases, sleeve block and safety block.

The one-of-a-kind MyT Folding Steroid Roof System allows you to build colossal structures, with extreme loading capacities.
- Capacity up to 40-tons
- Free-span capabilities up to 35 meters with extremely low deflection
- Folding design of mother grid truss reduces width by 63% (from 84 x 146 cm to 31 x 146 cm) and allows a single person to fold and store a single 3-metre section in less than 3 minutes
- Aluminum towers have a maximum payload of 18,500 kg at 17 meters height, 70 x 5 mm main chords, 50 x 4 mm brace / diagonal and a steel fork connection system
- Mother grid truss sections assembled without welding to optimise performance and eliminate any issues relating to weld heat affected zones
- 100% serviceable truss, with any damaged or worn parts easily replaceable
