INDIANAPOLIS — The death toll from the collapse of the main stage at the Indiana State Fair shortly before country duo Sugarland was set to perform Aug. 13 rose to six with the death of Jennifer Haskell, 23, a college student, who died Aug. 19, then to seven Aug. 22, when Meagan Toothman, 24, of Cincinnati, was taken off life support. Sugarland, which resumed their tour in Albuquerque Aug. 18, announced plans for a memorial for the victims.
