Robe UK Helps Paint the Town Red on July 6

NORTHAMPTON, U.K. – Robe UK worked with a number of companies, organizations, venues and individuals to light 10 buildings and landmarks in and around its home base in Northampton, U.K. The “red alert” for dire circumstances faced by the live events industry was part of the U.K.-focused #LightItInRed lighting action campaign, with more than 650 sites glowing red on July 6.

The Tyler Truss Floating Stage

Pendleton, IN-based Tyler Truss has launched its new Floating Stage. Available in various sizes, the Floating Stage features a non-self-climbing tower/roof structure that sits on a modular aluminum, skid-proof floating deck. It includes anchoring, safety rails, UV roof, and is designed for easy shipping and set up. Add-ons include a load-in dock and gangway. COO Marc Johnson noted that the Floating Stage is another option for entertainment that would allow for social distancing. “It allows concert fans to sit shoreside or pull up their boat and enjoy a live show,” he said.
