Harman’s Martin Professional announced the RUSH Wizard “full-house” effect light for nightclubs, bars and other leisure environments is now shipping. As the latest member of the RUSH by Martin line of affordable lighting solutions, the RUSH Wizard is designed to serve as a bright yet energy-efficient light providing high-quality mid-air effects.

Lightware Visual Engineering has introduced the UMX-TPS range of extension systems designed to transmit multiple video formats at resolutions up to 4K and UHD.  With these transmitters video, audio and control signals can be sent up to 170 meters at full HD over a single CAT5 cable.  The UMX-TPS-TX120, UMX-TPS-TX130 and UMX-TPS-TX140 transmitters are ideal solutions for small meeting rooms, classrooms, control rooms and home cinema applications. 

Chauvet Professional’s new Vesuvio RGBA combines color and fog to create unusual atmospheric effects. It is equipped with 28 red, green, blue and amber LEDs and a fog generator that produces 40,000 cubic feet per minute. The Vesuvio RGBA is also equipped with an electronic dimmer and a variable strobe.

ADJ’s new Inno Scan HP (pictured here, left) and Inno Roll HP (pictured below) are higher-power versions of its earlier LED mirror scanners, both featuring 80-watt LED sources. Its 8 colors and 6 rotating, interchangeable GOBOs can be combined to create create mesmeric colored pattern effects.

Mantracourt announced that a smaller size case is now available for its BroadWeigh wireless load monitoring system. The custom designed, compact case is available for up to 8 wireless load cell shackles. It is designed to make the load monitoring system easily transportable when on tour and better suited to smaller projects.

Blizzard Lighting’s new Skyline is an 8-port, rack-mountable DMX splitter with built-in two-way 2.4GHz ISM wireless connectivity. As with Blizzard’s Pipeline 8-way DMX distributor, the Skyline gives users a simple and efficient way to distribute and boost incoming DMX signals into each of its 8 separate electronically isolated, 3-pin DMX outputs.

The Jem Hazer Pro from Harman’s Martin features advanced pump technology, a 2.5-liter fluid capacity that provides 10 hours of operation on full output, an on-board control panel with preset functionality and a variety of other new features.

Creative Conners, based in Warren, RI, responded to the need from production company Stage House to have more surface contact between Creative Conners’ Revolver stage turntable mechanism and a drive ring mounted to the underside of the turntable. As a result, the company has modified their Revolver to provide better engagement between the 8” friction wheel of the machine and the drive ring of any existing turntable. The new design also gives operators easier access for maintenance on the friction wheel.

Nemetschek Vectorworks announces the Vectorworks 2015 version of its line of software products, including: Vectorworks Designer, Architect, Landmark, Spotlight, Fundamentals and Renderworks. The company says the 2015 version has more than 100 updates and new features including cloud and mobile solutions.

VISS Lighting’s ES 6/9/12 Series transparent LED curtain series, with pixel pitch options including P6 (6mm, pictured here), P9 (9mm) and P12 (12mm) available, is designed for applications including stage events, concerts, shows, weddings, clubs, bars and indoor/outdoor rental applications.

Elation Professional says its Platinum SBX is a new full-featured 3-in-1 luminaire that can be utilized as a beam, spot, or wash fixture. This compact luminaire combines new lamp technology from a Philips MSD Platinum 17RA 350W lamp with a new optical system for more-than-sufficient output. It kicks out 20,000 lumens of power, comparable to 700W fixtures, and is energy efficient. It also features a zoom, 13 dichroic colors including UV, CTO and CTB, plus 9 rotating interchangeable gobos and 14 fixed gobos.  A beam shaper, rotating 8-facet prism and frost filter are also included.
